Best Time for the Annapurna Base Camp Trek:

Spring (March-May):

Temperature: Annapurna Base Camp temperatures range from 10°C to 0°C, with warmer temperatures in the lower regions.
Weather: Cool temperatures and almost no rainfall make for ideal trekking conditions.
Highlights: Trails are in perfect condition, and by April, the region bursts into color with red, pink, and white rhododendron blossoms.
Autumn (September-November):

Temperature: Comfortable and cool, ideal for trekking.
Weather: Clear skies and a clean environment enhance the trekking experience.
Highlights: Fantastic trail conditions, along with the festive atmosphere of Nepal's major festivals, Dashain and Tihar, which add a vibrant cultural dimension to the trek.

Permit & Entrance Fee:
To trek inside the Annapurna Conservation Area, you will need an Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) permit and a Trekkers' Information Management Systems (TIMS) card.

ACAP Permit Fee:
Foreigners: NPR 3,000 (approximately USD 29)
SAARC Citizens (India, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Pakistan): NPR 200
You can obtain an ACAP permit at the Nepal Tourism Board Office on Pradarshani Marg, Kathmandu, or at the Tourism Board Service Center in Damside, Pokhara. The permit is also available at the ACAP permit counter in Besishar.

If you are trekking with Discovery World Trekking, they will handle the permit arrangements for you, so you don't need to worry about the official procedures.
Accommodations:
While the tourism infrastructure in the Annapurna trek regions is basic, there is no need to camp outside unless you choose to do so.

We select the best available accommodations in the trek regions. You will typically stay in twin-sharing rooms with attached bathrooms when available, and in standard twin-sharing rooms in other locations. The lodges along the trek provide electricity, internet, and running water. Hot showers are available at an extra cost.

In Kathmandu, you have the flexibility to choose hotels based on your preferences. The city offers a wide range of hotels and lodges to suit different tastes and budgets. Most trek packages do not include accommodations in Kathmandu.
Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport 1,320 m and transfers you to hotel.
Day 02: Drive / Fly to Pokhara and transfer to Hotel -06 hrs. (30 mins by air).
Day 03: Drive to Kande 1,520 m and walk to Landruk village 1, 460 m - 06 hrs.
Day 04: Trek to Chomrong village 2,170 m- 06 hrs.
Day 05: Trek to Dovan 2,630 m - 04 hrs.
Day 06: Trek to MBC (Machhapuchare Base Camp) 3, 780 m - 06 hrs.
Day 07: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) 4,130 m - 03 hrs.
Day 08: Return trek downhill to Bamboo 2,340 m - 06 hrs.
Day 09: Trek to Jhinu Village 1,770 m via Chomrong - 05 hrs.
Day 10: Short walk and drive to Pokhara and transfer to hotel.
Day 11: Fly or Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (6 hour drive / 30 mins by air).
Day 12: International departure for home ward bound.
